Livestock Entry for the Nebraska State Fair
Please Read the following:
ENTRIES ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR OPEN CLASS LIVESTOCK ONLY UNTIL 11:59 P.M. CENTRAL ON AUGUST 10TH. Any questions please contact the Livestock Department at 308-382-1620.
The exhibitor name associated with an entry CANNOT be changed after submitting entries. If you are wanting different exhibitor names on different animals, please use the Quick Group option.
General Entry Information
--Have your Entry Book for the Department available when you are entering and KNOW the Division number(s) and Class(es) to be entered.
--Follow the “Online Guidelines” found on the Nebraska State Fair website. If you have questions, call the Superintendent of the Department you are entering. Phone number found on the first page of Entry book.
--If you are planning on entering multiple exhibitors and want to only pay once we recommend you use the “Quick Group” feature. Just give yourself a group name (this is only used on the internet, no place else) and just follow the instructions. After entering one exhibitor, you will be given the opportunity to enter another exhibitor. When finished entering, at checkout you will pay for all members that you added and a receipt for each member will be sent to you.

1. Log-in as an exhibitor. NOTE: Each exhibitor should register as a NEW EXHIBITOR and create a NEW PASSWORD, even if you exhibited at the fair last year. Write your login information down for reference.
2. Follow the instructions on each page of the entry process to submit entries using the numbered steps at the top of the screen. Wristbands, tickets, parking passes, etc. will be purchased as Items. Be sure to review your entries and additional items before submitting.
**Beef Exhibitors - if you purchased a blocking chute permit for 4-H or FFA this year you will NOT need a separate one for Open Class.**
3. Print out the entry receipt of your entries.
4. Payment by credit cards ONLY -- Required at time of entry. We cannot accept PayPal!
5. After completing your entry on-line, you will receive an email confirmation. (You must select this option during the checkout process!)
TIP: When you get to ‘#4 Review’, you can “Save this cart for later”. You will be able to go back to it until you actually “Check-out”, but Check-Out before the Closing Date.

Stall requests are accepted for Beef Cattle, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats, Swine, Boer Goats & Breeding Sheep. These requests are NOT guaranteed. Beef, Dairy Cattle, Swine and Sheep all have additional questions that assist the Superintendents with stalling. These questions MUST be answered before your entries are submitted.
